Payment Terms:

• The initial setup fee is due upon signing the contract.

• Monthly recurring fees for website hosting maintenance are billed in advance and due on the first of each month.

Scope of Work:

• The scope of work outlined in the proposal or contract is considered final.

• Any additional work requested by the client will be subject to additional charges.

Ownership:

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the rights to the design and content created for their website.

• Until full payment is received, all rights remain with Strive Succeed Marketing.

Revisions:

• The project fee includes a specified number of revisions.

• The client may request additional revisions, which may incur extra charges.

​

Cancellation:

• Cancellation of the hosting service requires a written notice 30 days in advance.

• No refunds will be issued for the initial setup fee, and any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
